Class Description
Hatha Yoga is classic yoga postures (asanas) that moves with your breath to help you reduce stress and increase strength and flexibility. We will build from a strong base and then advance when you are ready. We will stay in each pose for a while. Not only to increase strength and flexibility but also to give each student a moment to “feel” the pose and learn how a correct done pose should feel like.

My Story
Yoga is for me the balance between standing still and constant movement. This has always challenged me and when I finally accepted “standing still” I became more calm and more at ease within myself. Yoga has given me an enormous strength both physically and physiologically and no doubt that has literally saved my life.
