Today I went to the KL Lake Garden with my fellow intern Stam for a picnic with some of his friends from AIESEC! Before arriving I had no idea what AIESEC was but they were all involved to they told me all about it and it sounds like something I will have to try - AIESEC is a global youth network that tries to impact the world through leadership development and management by facilitating international internships and volunteer experiences across 124 countries! They all told about wonderful things about the programme which facilitate paid internships for newly graduated students that are keen to gain experience within their field while helping in developing countries - definitely something I will have to consider for when I'm done with my master degree :)
Anyways, that was a bit off topic - the main point here is that I met a great group of people today!! Below is a few of the photos from today, more will follow when we all have exchanged photos.
