When the design and agreements with contractors and the authorities are in place the construction is started.
On site PPC is typically responsible for a smooth cooperation between the various contractors and suppliers who are involved in the project.
We do the supervision and coordination of contracts and processes, including assuring commitment to time schedules, finances, assembly, quality control, unraveling disputes, etc. until the building is clear.
Often, we also take care of delivery and shipping of the building materials and monitoring the reception of these.
In short, we provide complete control throughout the construction phase.
