When the project proposal has been approved the design of the main project begins.
The construction task is clearly defined in the main project. Thus, the project material is provided with enough details to be used as the basis for implementation of the construction.
The main project consists of the main drawings, plan drawings, building parts drawings and detailed drawings. Detailed descriptions and calculations outlining the requirements for materials and construction, and the penalties coming into force if the requirements are not followed are also included.
Based on this material the tender is prepared including bills of quantity which are the basis for inviting tenders and award of construction contracts.
