Strategy and planning

|
We often participate in the initial strategic and planning phases of a project and as sparring partner we take part in the development, design and outlines of the new project.
We prepare project proposals indicating aesthetic, functional, technical, environmental and financial details to such an extent that the client can decide whether the project should be implemented, or whether it should be modified or abandoned.
When the project proposal is finally approved by the client and the financial matters are resolved the actual projecting phase starts.
The project proposal includes the following timetable for the design and execution and proposals for subcontracting and tenders.
