Pallet Group produces high and consistent quality Pallet Collars, in standard sizes or according to individual specifications.
Our Pallet Collars are designed to fit on pallets as container sides. They are hinged on the four corners, to make the collar foldable, for easy storage. As products fill the space inside the collar, additional collars are added on top of each other until the desired height is reached.
During carriage they can be safely stacked, with your products secure inside, maximising space in your container. They can also be used in any warehouse racking system where a pallet can be used. If you do not use a racking system, your newly created storage containers will simply stack up on top of each other for independent storage.
Pallet Collars are a simple and effective solution, and reduce the risk of manual handling injuries, by allowing the sides of the container to be adjusted gradually as products are placed inside eliminating the need to bending over high bin sides.
PALLET COLLARS ARE MADE TO MEET PHYTOSANITRY REGULATIONS ISPM 15 AND THEREFOR ALLOWED AS FREIGT PACKAGING WORLD WIDE.
