A practical example of a process, is a bar or a disco (or other retail business for that matter) ...
We provide the following:
- Mystery shopping
- We visit the place a few times and observe
- There will be a 2-3 hour after-work seminar on selling and upselling
- On the Job Training
- We attend 3-4 sessions during working outside the pressed periods where we train and adjust options
- Mystery shopping
- We pass again and observe
- On the Job Training
On this background, we train again in practice 1-2 times, of which min. one in the "stressful" and daily environment
If you operate a discotheque, our aim is to raise each expedition with AED 3, - on average. Ie. at 500 expeditions on a night it's min. AED 1,500 - more in pure profit - AED 12.500, - more on the bottom a month.
Model 1:
Basic amount: AED 3.299, - + 50% of the profit gain in the first month.
Includes mystery shopping and training session
Model 2:
Basic amount: AED 10.999, -
Includes 2 * mystery shopping as well as 3 * training sessions
