We have many years of experience in organizing and leadership seminars, management training and strategy seminars. This combined with certifications and experience as team coaches and facilitators, we have the right tools to get you and your organization safe start and through a disruption process.
We have two primary recommendations in a disruption process. Both start with, that you need to find the team that is "pilots" on the project. These should, if possible, represent management and a few selected from the rest of the organization, this due to the fact that it is important to ensure the correct input and the best implementation and anchoring thereafter.
The two processes we recommend are of course not the only two options, it's just the ones we have the best experience. Not two companies are alike, and the same with 2 courses. We would recommend that we start from one of the following 2, or a combination thereof.
Disruption Seminar
A disruptionseminar has a duration of 6 days, spread out over 2-3 months:
Part 1: 1 day
1 pre-analysis, where we come into the company and do interviews and get access to company figures.
Part 2: 3 Days
Intensive seminar for pilot group that works with theories, scenarios and practical tasks. These 3 days run away from the familiar surroundings and we recommend one of our two primary locations. Either Kellers Park in Vejle or JAI in Dubai, a golf and beach resort.
Part 3: 2 days
Follow-up and implementation. This can take place in the company, or again at Kellers Park or another location designated by the company. The important thing is that it is again pilot the group assembled. Here follow up on ideas and processes initiated in Part 2.
In connection with the course is prepared both a report and a project plan with follow-up. Besides the above, so the price also includes five subsequent coaching / sparring sessions for free.
Price:
It is difficult in advance to give a fixed price, but you should expect that such a course, whether you choose to part 2 to be held at Kellers Park or in Dubai, so the price will be around AED 95,000, - for the entire process, incl. transport as well as diet / lodgings in Parts 2 and 3. This is for up to 6 people, then there is a surcharge per. person at AED 9,625.-.
Disruption Day
A distruption day is one day you bring in the team calendar. It is a facilitated day where together we create thoughts and ideas, makes a SWAT analysis, set up fictitious scenarios etc. A "taste" of what is happening on a disruption seminar.
We have a number of tools and theories of the day, which the group can work on and be coached upon, then we can of course offer coaching / sparring afterwards - or upgrading to the seminar. Includes however 5 coaching / sparring sessions for free.

The price for a one-day facilitation and 5 coaching / sparring sessions is AED 11.999, -. Price does not include location and meals, etc.
