
Directions for Mud Wrap Treatments
Treatment time 1 hour
Preparation
- Cover the bed with plastic or foil
- Measure the amount of product you need
- Preheat the mud to about 37 Celsius degrees, if the mud seem to dry apply a bit of extra water till creamy
- Ask your customer if any important considerations to know of regarding their health like pregnancy, increased blood pressure etcetera
- Ask about their skin type, is the problem dryness, cellulite, impurities etcetera
- Be ready with towels or blankets for wrapping.
- Mix mud and serum in the scale 9 part mud 1 part serum

Vitamin Serum or Sensitive Serum: 12 gram

Directions for Treatment
- Let the client sit up on the bed with legs bended.
- Make sure the customer is covered with a towel on the frontal side. Apply the preheated mud on to the back; make sure the temperature is right.
- The customer is now on the back with slightly bended legs; continue to apply the mud on the backside of the leg, starting from below on the leg. Stretch the leg out and continue on the front side.
- Wrap plastic around the customers’ leg and continue with arms, chest- and tummy area.
- Wrap the rest of the clients body in plastic and cover with a towel or blanket.
- Leave the customer to rest for about 20-30 minutes.
- Apply the mud to the face, avoid eyes and lips.
- Meanwhile you could offer a scalp- or a foot massage.
- Release the plastic so the customer can sit up. Assist the customer to the shower.
- Finish with a body lotion or a dry spray.
- Offer advice regarding home treatment
NB: Blue clay should never be applied to the face. Blue clay is ready mixed and should not be preheated.
