A day in my life!

As many of you know, i love hearing about how other traders do their stuff and how they are planning a day full of trading. So i thought it was on time to give you guys a little insight in my life and what a normal day looks like.

I wake up at around 07-08 (getting up early is the best!) and eat my cereal, actually Ota Solgryn as we know it in Denmark. After that i usually open a Red Bull (i like the taste of it and it gives you that ekstra little kick.).

I check up some news while i am enjoying my breakfast and getting ready for my workout.

Around 09.30 i start working out. Bench press and usually upper body is high on the list. After that i go for my daily run which is around 5-7 km, depends on which route i prefer to take. And of course i shower when i get home.

In the time between my workout and the first race, i use the time to plan the day of trading. I go through the markets to know what is comming up. I look for opportunities in other sports. Usually i am looking for these big events, like in football its champions league, in tennis i look for big players and if they are playing some important games and so on. Searching for markets that would attract big liquidity.Then i go down to my basement and power up my 2 netbooks running BETBOTPRO and get them going. After that i make something to eat. 2 portions actually. One for now and one for later because i dont have the time for it while i am trading.

14.00 i usually power on my quad screen computer, that i am very proud of. I open geekstoy on one of the screens, my own excel graphs over betangel on an other screen, (yes, notice i am running both geekstoy and betangel, i got used to the geekstoy platform some time back and i dont want to change that, so this is how its running on my screens). I got racingpost on the third screen, and betfair live video on the fourth. (i have for a long time just been running 2 screens and a laptop, but some weeks ago i put on extra 2 screens to my quad screen setup.)

The first race begins at around 14-15.00 and this is where i am on fire! The second Red Bull for today is opened and we are ready for trading! This usually stops at around 20.00 - 21.00.

After this time you know that i am free to bee contacted on Skype and this os where i usually have time for you guys.

Then somebody asked me about my social life? As many of you know, i work hard, but that is why i sometimes take 2-3 or even maybe a week of to visit people, do some other stuff than just trading. I can do this because i am my own boss. I decide when i want to trade and when i dont.

I i feel like i want to use a day on shopping, then i do that. (which often happens).

Visiting and spending time with your friends and family is the most important thing in life.
