You can choose up to two different flavors of cake (one for the Teddy Bear, and one for the layer cake), a filling for the layer cake, and up to two flavors of buttercream frosting (one for the Teddy, one for the layer cake). Photo shows a cake designed specifically for an "It's a Girl" baby shower.
