Outside my window the wind mauls the crimson December-Rose undfolding its deep-red petals mocking the calender.

 

My mind is busy: Should I "save" the rose by picking it and bringing it inside?

- An unexpected part of the first Christmas-decoration? Should I take a photo and post it on the Blog?

 

Or is it more Zen-like to leave the Rose to its December-fate? Unprotected in the wind and the cold - my mind is busy with the thoughts of what is "the true Zen-approach" and leaves the rose unseen, unsensed, but definitely not unconceptualised.

 

- I am getting curious - does a December-Rose have a scent?
