The house was built in 1900 with an area of 94 square meters spread over two floors.
Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, toilet and a large family room, perfect for socializing and board games or dinners.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with two beds in each room, a TV/entertainment room and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet.
Extra beds for children and adults are availeble.
In the garden there is plenty of room for sunbathing, and outdoor activities and it is also possible to fish or swim in the river from the pier just below the kitchen porch.
There is plenty of garden furniture and barberque, barbeque and outdoor games to borrow.
