Sander is a soft and gentle boy who loves his best friends and all year round enjoys life on the terrace. No matter if it snows or the wind blows hard, he likes to go out and check that nothing has changed and to tell the birds who is in charge. He is not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he is a loving and faithful boy.

Unlike Galliano he rarely comments on things and when he does, he is not very loud, though he can become quite insistent if he feels misunderstood the first time. He enjoys having guests, particularly female guests, and cat persons staying overnight have enjoyed the soft "hot water bottle" in their bed, where he prefers to cuddle under the duvet.
