Personal development is for me what life "is really about." For me it is learning to "listen" to my heart and the inner guidance that we all have access to. It is the key to true happiness, peace and, most importantly, the key to the future.

For me personal development has been a journey through life and it has offered an unusually varied range of experiences.

As is true for a lot of us, this journey was not always very pleasant. When I take a look back, I will not miss a single one of these "experiences". They have all helped to shape me to the person I am today.

The personal development, is said to have in mind and aim to expand our capacity as human beings. This means in practice that we get rid of; agitation, anxiety & negative thought patterns. As thus, we gain greater confidence and become as individuals, more "spacious".   As I see it, is you no longer have the same need to judge others.  You do not see a difference between small and great, rich or poor, but rather choose to look at & have the emphasis on, the "internal" as well as the spiritual qualities in your fellow man.

You will experience an increased awareness of how your thoughts, words & actions can cause, create, destroy or heal both your own and others lives.  An increased awareness of where your own boundaries are, and your responsibility for your own life alongside the whole, the Earth's future.

So many aspire the "personal development" as if it were gold. Gold, yes definitely, but there are just no shortcuts. Therefore, many in fact experience that when they start their active spiritual journey their search for themselves and a greater inner peace, that it first things that actually happens is the immediately opposite.

A number of people who embark on this journey, can no longer ignore the situations and mechanisms that do not work anymore. These individuals may suddenly experienced the strange surroundings of as being far more vulnerable than usual.

You burst into tears towards other people and "bite" of your surroundings. You can get sad .... and your friends and family cannot really  recognize you anymore. This in turn can provoke reactions from people around you, which in turn changes the way you view the reality. It's a bit like a roller-coaster ride where the amusement park is closed and all employees have gone home. No light, no one else around you. It can really be pretty hard and you can almost feel as if everyone has gone home took the key and locked the door from outside.

The personal development, may also manifest itself in unforeseen external changes, such as: divorce, etc. Conversely, there may also occur exceedingly happy events, and the fact that, situations and relationships which for a long time not worked, at once falls into place.

All this is due in touch with what is called, "Spirit". (The spiritual world), the contact with your own soul and its "vocation". You could say that "Spirit", serves as fuel for the soul. Once we start using our spirituality in a active manner (meditation etc.) the personal development changes the gear from 2 up to 20! For the technically minded, it may be compared with the difference between a 1 MB download and a 20 MB.

Having psychic abilities such as, clairvoyance, premonitions, etc., etc., by no means necessarily is linked to being a spiritual person. One can easily be incredibly psychic, gain insight into future / past, and experience the spirits, etc. without even being spiritually aware. The psychic senses is something we are born with and which are basically closely related to the animalistic part of our existence. When the tsunami was on its way to Thailand as the animals were the first to seek shelter, long before the people knew anything about the tsunami coming.

We can easily meet people who are strong in their psychic senses, but far from has evolved accordingly, in spiritual terms. Some of the most "psychic" people I've met have actually been so low an ethics that I today, may shudder at the thought of what damage they can cause with the people who are unsuspectingly seeking their advice & encouragement .

Therefore, it is very important from my perspective that we who make our way out on this trip and want to help others and be the voice of the spiritworld. Never ever forget that living people is Spirit and that we must constantly look inward and have a responsibility to clean the bottle neck, not to see our own "skeletons in the closet" with our fellowmen. It is so important that we can be good friends, be there for each other and see the best in others.

Far from always does the "supernatural" abilities goes alomng with what it means to be a spiritually developed person. If these two things go hand in hand, it can have fabulous results and exert a massive change in the lives of the individuals who had crossed the path of such a human being.

Some of the most spiritually advanced people I've met in my life has been "random" people that I have met during the most important times for me. Never ever mistake of your neighbor.  The garbage man can be an angel in disguise.
