Biography

Shannon Bethel

She is a mother of two and a grandmother of two. She is a full time International teaching & demonstrating medium as well as a healer

The past seven years she has educated hundreds of psychic mediums in her mediumship-school in Copenhagen,Denmark called, "Institute of Spiritual Mediumship”. Recently she opened a mediumship-school in Istanbul, the first of its kind in Turkey.

Before suffering from a life changing cancer in 2004 she worked as a lighting director in theater, also as a TV editor on the news. During her recovery she decided to go full time as a medium.

Shannon was a practising Buddhist for 25 years before she got involved in Spiritualism. Teaching metaphysical subjects especially evidential mediumship, which is her greatest passion. Shannons teaching is a combination of theory and practical "hands on" experience. She is creative, humoristic, encouraging & very easygoing by nature.

She has a reputation of ”demystifying” matters and superstitious belief-systems. As a result fear dissolves which in turn enhances her students development.

With her deep understanding of the mechanics and the philosophy of mediumship she carries a very unique way of passing her knowledge on so that everyone can follow and integrate the understanding within their own frame of mind. The importance and understanding of the personal development that unfolds when one pursues the mediumistic journey, is also a fundamental part of her teaching.

Shannon Bethel believes that everybody has the ability to communicate with spirit. Since we are all spirits having a human experience, she sees mediumship as a natural unfoldment of the soul.

Within her own mediumship, when giving individual sittings and when demonstrating survival of life after life from the platform, she delivers with passion, delivering first class evidence. Shannon works in a aura of respect, with strong ethics and empathy for both spirit incarnate and discarnate. She always strives to bring forth that very essence of the spirit passed to her recipients.
