Unique design that prevents backflow - Category 4
Roswater Tube B1 – Can be connected directly to a fire hydrant
Description
Roswater Tube B1 is the first choice of any contracter on small construction sites where design, sturdyness and quality is the main focus. Tube B1 can come with various cabs, but the content is the same.
The content consists of a valve Honeywell BA295 or SOCLA BABM. Access comes through ø400 or ø600 man hole cover with an onbuilt isolated chimney to prevent frost imprint. The ground wire is mounted by the shut-off valve in front of the water meter inside the unit and on from the water meter to the valve. From the valve, water is being passed to a manifold for exterior tapping with a quick switch that is clear for drainage. The valve drains at the bottom of Tube B1 to drain if errors occur.
For a safe and easy installment, all models have a lifting eye on top to insure a safe and stable handling when loading and unloading.

Case about Tube B1
Contractors apply for authorization by the water supply to install a supply of construction water. The water supply requests the contractor to rent a Tube B1 via the water supply to the construction site. At the measuring well the water supply installs a cover with a chimney in which the ground wire is isolated from Tube B1.
Thereafter Tube B1 is lifted over the chimney and hereby descended to make frost protection.
The water supply installs a 90° angle followed by a shut-off valve before the water meter.
The lifting eye is being removed and the cap is being installed and a lifting eye is turned on again as a hedge (can be locked).
During the construction period, the owner carries the responsibility for further frost protection below -5°. The water supply in association with
Roswater makes a detailed leasing contract with the terms. After the end of the lease period, Tube B1 is being returned to the workshop of the water supply for review, control and disinfection to prepare for the next lease.
