Roskilde Festival - distance

First: Roskilde is not really a very big city. Actually, during the week with the festival, the population is doubled!! So distances aren't that far.

Roskilde Festival takes place just outside the perimeter of central Roskilde.

Walk

You can walk from our place to the festival site - and you'll meet a lot of other people on the way. 

Public transportation

Roskilde Station is 800 m  from our place. From the station shuttle busses and trains take you straight to the Festival site every 20 mins. It is only a 5 mins. ride.

If you take the car you'll probably end up spending at least 15 mins on parking... So do use other means of transportation.
