League Rules

 

Weather will be set to "Dynamic"
 
In case of a serous incident the safety car will be deployed. The safety car can also be deployed due to "force majeure" In case of foggy weather, the race will start behind the safety car.
 
Setups - open (baseline setup will be provided)
 
Server Farm: NL-Ams
 
Time of day: Afternoon
 
Track surface - Every Monday practice session will start with a clean track (0% usage) and no marbles. On race day the session will automatically generate the starting track, and from that point the track state will be carried over to qualifying and the race.
 
Points will be posted on our website and facebook Grand Prix points system: 25. 18. 15. 12. 10. 8. 6. 4. 2. 1. 1600-Cup points system 10. 6. 4 .3. 2. 1.
 
*There will be one drop race. All races other than the season finale can be used as your drop race.
*The incident limit will be 17 incidents. *1st place in the championship will win 30 USD in iRacing credits, 2nd place will win 10 USD in iRacing credits and 3rd place will win 5 USD in iRacing credits. *The winner of the 1600-Cup will win 8 USD in iRacing credits.
 
In order to be eligible to score points in the 1600-Cup your iRating MUST be 1600 or under at the first race that you participate in. Than after your first race your iRating is allowed to go over 1600 and you will still be eligible for the 1600-Cup. Rokkies will also be be eligible to score points in the 1600-Cup. *
 
Number registration:, Any driver who wishes a permanent number can contact Nicklas Rasmussen to request a number. The number reserved will be a drivers permanent number for the whole calendar year. Once a number have been reserved it cannot be changed before the end of the year. When it is time to renew the number regestration at the end of the year, every driver will be informed 14 days before the deadline. 50% points will be awarded if:
-Less than five drivers take part in the race. To have taken part in the race a driver must have set a time in qualifying or taken the start of the race. (Being placed on the grid counts as having started the race). A driver starting for the pit lane will be considered to have started the race as long as he has joined the track (Passed the green cones) A driver who has not taken part in the race will not be eligible to score points.
- If more than 75% of the race has been under the safety car *
 
There will be no B-Race. If a sever is full than a driver will not be able to take part in the race. The number of drivers allowed in the sever will be announced before the race. A driver must only enter a session if the driver intentions to take part.
 
*In case of unexpected problems with the iRacing member site. If the site goes down with under 20 minutes to go of practice, the race will not be postponed or canceled, it is a competitors own responsibility to be in the race session before the 20 minute mark. A competitor is however allowed to join the session at any time they wish.
 
The race will be postponed if:
-The iRacing member site goes down with under 20 minutes to go of practice
-The race can be postponed for a maximum of 1 hour. That means that a new session must be up within 60 minutes of the original start of the race -If a race is postponnd than the new session time schedule will be like this Practice 20 min minutes Quallifying 5 minutes The race will be 70% of the orginal distance.
 
The race be canceled if:
-A new session is not able to be up within 60 minutes of the original start of the race -If If problems with the member site appears again once a new session has been put up (In case of an already postponed race) It is however still a competitors own responsibility to be in the race session 10 minutes before the start of quallifying, and If the site goes down again after this point then the race will not be canceled.
 
In case of a plant outage of the member site that interferes with the race session. The race will be canceled unless the is planned to go up again with 60 min of the original starting time of the race. If that is the case then the race will be considered to be postpoend.
 
A canceled race will not count as a drop week
 
*Race control accepts protests. To file a protest please contact Nicklas Rasmussen in a PM message on iRacing. Race control only accepts protest that is filed within 24 hours off a driving session. All protests will be made public within short time (on the league wall). Herafter, the competition board will registre the incident and look into the situation upon the incident. A driver can protest a competitor for:
-Intentional Wrecking
-Blocking
-Dangerous driving
-Cheating
-Foul language on Voice / Text Chat
-Forum Violation
After any given outcome of any adjudication the driver under protest has got 36 hours to appeal the adjudication. However, you can only appeal an adjudication once regardless of the outcome Regardless of the outcome of any adjudication, The Admins may deem a protest to be frivolous if it is found by the NHR International Formula league - Competition board not to be reasonable, logical and based on sound evidence. The Competition board reserves the right to assess a penalty to any member filing a frivolous protest.
 
"Penalty points system" If a driver receives more than 10 "penalty points" during the season, than he will be banned for the next race.
 
Warnings and penalty points
-Warning (0 Penalty point)
-Severe Warning (1 Penalty point)
-Time Penalty (3 Penalty points)
-Time Penalty + Stop and go penalty next race (5 Penalty points)
-Post race DSQ from race (7 Penalty points)
-Post race DSQ from race + Stop and go penalty next race (9 Penalty points)
-Serious violation of the rules (Season ban + all "in season race points" deleted) -Totally unacceptable behavior or driving (Blacklisted infinitely + all "in season race points" deleted)
