Research is an important tool at Mammut. When we are travelling, we are in close dialogue with our suppliers on subjects such as functionality of fabrics and development of materials. The fabrics are tested  regularly at DTI – Danish Technological Institute – to make sure that we meet the demands of the users. When we find something new, we will have it tested as soon as possible so it can benefit our customers.

Development of new materials and designs are carried out in close dialogue with our customers. Requirements and needs change constantly, and we develop accordingly to meet these challenges. This is possible because we have close cooperation with our suppliers who continuously have new ideas. It also means that we are always working on matching the needs and opportunities. When the quality requirements are met, we are ready for production.

We have close cooperation with DTI – Danish Technological Institute-  which through their test lab, networking and research experience constantly keeps us updated on the latest developments in materials. This means that we are always up to date on this matter and that our materials are always tested.
