You can come with an initial idea which will be lifted from idea to concept so you after the course have a well-researched, discussed and described company/business/project profile to continue your journey as a food entrepreneur from - maybe you can create the basis for your future job and career as a food entrepreneur.

Guidance and mentoring will be both from the facilitators and other students. The two weeks will be arranged in a setting as an intense working laboratory with a shared schedule for working hours

The objectives for the Department of Higher Education are to ensure the development of subjects and courses within the field of entrepreneurship.

Moreover, it is important to develop and test teaching materials, methods, and technologies to stimulate entrepreneurship in the teaching environment. This is partly accomplished by tests and development of teaching materials, and partly by offering resources to projects that have innovation and entrepreneurship focus.
