This summer I'm going to Thailand and Laos and I would love to share all my adventures with all of you in form of stories and pictures from my trip! Not much has been planned yet but I'm sure plans will be made as we go along so this page will be kept updated as I go along so you can get an idea of where I am when:
May 2012
29th: Leaving Dublin
30th: Arriving in Bangkok, meeting Søren at Nappark Hostel
31st: Leaving Bangkok by bus driving to Trat followed by a speed boat from Laem Ngop to the island of Koh Mak
June 2012
1st: Arriving on Koh Mak, staying at the Ao Kao White beach Resort
5th: Arriving on Koh Kood (via mainland as there are no boats between the two islands in low season), staying at the Beach Natural Resort
8th: Leaving Koh Kood, travelling from Trat to Bangkok by minibus and continuing on from Bangkok by night bus (VIP bus from the bus terminal) to Chiang Mai where Søren and I will meet the rest of my family
10th: Eagle tracking in Chiang Mai
12th: 3 day trekking trip in the National park located south of Chiang Mai
15th: Søren going home
16th: Travelling to Chaing Rai
18th: Day trip to Myanmar (Burma) and The Golden Triangle
19th: 2 day slowboat trip from Huay Xai to Luang Prabang stopping over in Pak Beng where we spend the night
20th: Arriving in Luang Prabang, staying at Hoxieng
23rd: Phonsavan, staying at Dok Khoun hotel
25th: Arriving in Vang Vieng, staying at Inthira
28th: Arriving in Vientiane
